Planning a full & varied week of a range of activities - regular stocktaking of equipment.
Adhering to crèche/club ratio's at all times - reporting any over-bookings prior to arrival.
Designing activity planners running alongside monthly themes suitable for all ages of children, indoor and outdoor activities to cover all areas of development.
Liaising with Resort Manager Childcare and informing of all issues arising and the day-to-day running of crèche/club.
Childcare service operates from 0830-1700, six days a week and weekly babysitting.
Provide weekly account sheets - info would include budget spend, local sales, sales of evening clubs.
Keeping weekly up-date paperwork (records, accounts, reports,) and submitting to Line Manager.
Ensuring that all Information Books & Boards are fully up to date.
Time management, and ensure all deadlines are met.
Being part of weekly childcare meeting - communication with rest of resort team.
Being fully aware of other team members roles and be willing to help out, if required.
Keeping within budget that is given.
Provide information to customers at the weekly Welcome Meeting, regarding all childcare facilities available and promoting any spaces available, Liaising with the Resort Reps and generating sales within resort, if sufficient space in crèche.
Reach or exceed CSQ return targets set by Childcare Manager at beginning of the season.
Pepi Nanny/Pepi Leader/Nanny/Private Nanny - Level 3 qualification or Level 2 (Pepi Assistant)
To provide a safe, stimulating & caring environment, of the highest quality for children aged 6 months - 4 years, within the dedicated crèches, or customer's chalet, if a Private Nanny.
Providing the best possible childcare, & ensuring that the children's needs are met - feeding, changing, stimulating fun & safe play. Constant monitoring & feedback to parents.
Private Nanny will provide care for children aged 6 months - 5 years.
Private Nanny is 5 days a week. And includes 1 night babysitting.
Full understanding of the childcare manual and crèche specification & suggesting improvements. Ensure that service offered, matches the brochure promise.
Flexible member of the team - may need to cover in the club, if numbers require.
