Tour Operations

The Tour Operations team is responsible for delivering the excellent customer service our guests deserve in resort, whilst ensuring that the company's sales targets are achieved.

There are positions available from ski representatives right through to resort managers and Area Managers in the Tour Operations team this winter. Whatever you're level, you'll need boundless energy and the very best people skills to get you through a challenging winter.

Sales skills are a must, so if you don't have experience in this you'll need to demonstrate an aptitude to learn it fast! We also ask applicants for ski rep to have at least three years customer service experience, so our guests receive the best service in resort. Above are just some of the roles available.
Tour Operations is hard work and you'll be on call if the guests need you all the time and you'll need to be motivated by challenging targets - in return you'll have lots of Mountain Time and a great package!
