Cookery Course
You're a naturally sociable and enthusiastic person who would love to work in a ski resort as a chalet host next winter but you are not sure your cooking skills will be up to the challenge?
This is the perfect answer for you, during the summer we will be running cookery courses specifically designed to prepare you for the season ahead even including Christmas Dinner.
Throughout the course you will be preparing, presenting, trying and testing menus within the chalet environment. You will be baking and serving afternoon tea and being given all those tips and hints to make your chalet a perfect base for the customers to really enjoy their ski holiday.
Please note all candidates must successfully pass the Chalet Host assessment prior to being booked on a cookery course!

We are running courses over the summer
- Thursday 17th until Monday 22nd September
- Monday 22nd until Sunday 27th September
For the fantastic price of £350 you will receive the following:
- Flights to and from a London Airport
- Transfers to and from resort
- Accommodation
- Four and a half days tuition including practical experience of full chalet dinner menu plan & canapé and breakfast workshops
- Chalet Christmas comes early
- Full rehearsal of the big day to calm the nerves
- Hands on experience of company housekeeping and hygiene standards

- Refreshments throughout the day
- Level II equivalent Food Hygiene for Chalets certificate
- Lunch, afternoon tea and dinner on 5 nights including wine and coffee
- All cooking ingredients
- Recipe book
- Supervision and support from an overseas management team who will tell you all you need to know about the company, all the resorts and individual chalets

What you need to do next
Once you have successfully passed an assessment centre the recruitment team may decide you need to attend a cookery course in order to work for us this winter. Alternatively you can also request to complete one of our cookery courses. Following your assessment an Overseas Recruitment Advisor will contact you regarding the next stage.
