Hotel Host
Job Description
To assist with general every day cleaning, food serving, and customer service and reception duties within the club hotel environment. To assist with change over day - deep cleaning the Hotel ready for guest arrival.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Breakfast set up, serving and clear down.
Dinner set up, serving and clear down.
Serving of bar food and children's tea.
Afternoon tea set up, serving and clear down.
House keeping duties of bedrooms and public areas.
Reception duties, including answering the telephone, handing out keys, providing information to guests.
Assist in the completion of H & S checks and paperwork.
High level of guest interaction
