To be eligible for the £150 the following terms and conditions apply:
- All candidates will be subject to Tui normal application, interview and assessment process.
- Candidates must notify Tui at interview stage that they are being recommended when submitting their application to work.
- The person you recommend should be eligible to work as a chef, nanny or chalet host.
- The employee who recommends the candidate should also successfully complete the season and should not be higher than a G4.
- The contribution is only available to candidates who can work and successfully complete a full season with Tui (i.e. November to April inclusive).
- Payment will not be made if there is performance or disciplinary issues whilst working for Tui.
- The scheme is non-contractual.
- Payment is made at the end of the winter season.
