Job description

Reporting directly to the bar manager or supervisor you will be required to support & promote theme nights and events. To control the security of cash, stock, and premises whilst on duty.
Promote added value sales of food, merchandise etc where available. Daily and weekly cleaning duties.

Key accountabilities & responsibilities

Product
Be aware of the range and style of products in the bar and advise guests of options available.

Customer Service
Providing a welcoming environment to maximise sales.
Communicate with guests in a friendly and appropriate manner.
Local Authorities and Health & Safety - Adhering to Local Authority regulations, and company and local hygiene policies.
Financial Contribute to the meeting of set financial targets and maximising turnover.
General other duties as and when required.

Key skills, knowledge, experience and competencies

Very strong customer service skills.

Basic understanding of accounting procedures.

Bar experience.
