The Reps team is central to delivering our customers' an outstanding holiday experience. From their arrival at the airport your role is to ensure our Crystal, Thomson and First Choice customers make the most of their ski holiday by providing them with high quality information, products and services. You'll also be problem solving so that their holiday goes without a hitch.

There are positions available from Resort Rep through to Resort Manager and in this winter's Reps team. Above are just some of the roles available.

Whichever role, you'll need boundless energy and the very best people and communication skills to make the most of life in the Reps team.

Sales skills are a must, if you don't have experience in this you'll need to demonstrate an aptitude to learn fast! Customer service skills are also essential as you'll need to provide our customers with an excellent in-resort service.

Working in the Reps team is varied and can be demanding, you'll need to be motivated by challenging targets but in return you can get lots of mountain time and a great package!

A passion for snow sports and a certain level of ski/board ability is a must!.
