At Crystal, our people are key in contributing to the success of the holidays we provide, which is why it's so important that as part of our recruitment activity we attract the best people with the right skills to join us.

Through each stage of the process please ensure that you provide us with as much relevant information as possible to support your application, not only for your preferred choice of job but if there are other roles that you may be suitable for. You'll find out more about Crystal during the recruitment process, however the more research you can do to find out about us beforehand, the more this will help you to be successful with your application.

Our recruitment process consists of four stages:

Please note you may only apply for one role at a time, multiple applications will not be accepted.

Stage 1

Start by searching for vacancies. Once you have logged in, registered and found a position that matches your skills and experience you should click on the "apply" icon and complete the online application form. There may be some minimum criteria you'll need to answer before you complete the form. To apply you'll need to know your NI Number. Completing your application should take up to 30 minutes.

Stage 2

Once your application is received you'll receive a confirmation receipt by email. Our recruitment team will review your application professionally, according to best practice and our commitment to Equal Opportunities.

Stage 3

If your application is successful you'll be invited to attend an assessment centre or individual interview.

Most assessment centres are split into two parts; to progress to the second part you'll need to have passed the first part. An assessment centre may last for a half or a full day, depending on the position you are applying for. Please ensure you are available for the whole day. Individual interviews, on average, last for around 20 minutes and are held with a member of the recruitment team.

You'll be notified in advance of the recruitment process for your role plus any specific details.

Stage 4

You will be notified within 7 working days, and if you're successful you'll be advised as to what happens next. If you are unsuccessful we are happy to give you feedback on your assessment centre.
