Set up a portfolio of treatments and massages to be offered in the Club Hotel.
Market the service to the hotel customers; provide a high standard of massage service to the hotel customers.
Help out with general hotel duties such as reception, cleaning and dinner service as and when required by the Hotel Manager.

Commercial
Maximising opportunities to sell a massage therapy service to customers.
Add value to the business by maximising the margins.
Keeping records of all income and outgoings.
Customer Focus
Providing excellent customer service to our customers.
Offering a good range of services depending on customer needs and requests.
Dealing with customer service issues that may arise.
Measuring customer satisfaction, gaining and acting upon feed-back from customers and adapting the service accordingly.
To assist the rest of the hotel team in providing excellent customer service for our customers.
Operations / Personnel
To produce promotional material to sell the service provide, and to liaise with the Hotel Manager / Area Manager to ensure these comply with company guidelines.
To fully understand the functions of the hotel and offer assistance where necessary.
To be responsible for the cleanliness and organisation of the treatment area.
To log all treatments given.
To liaise with the hotel manager in order to set up the massage therapy service.
To communicate the services provided with the hotel and resort staff.
Other
Proactively monitor feedback from treatments and adjust the service as required.
