During the summer we will be running cookery courses specifically designed to prepare you for the season ahead, even including cooking Christmas Dinner.
Based in a complex of 7 lovely chalets in La Plagne the course starts with an introduction to high altitude cooking, and demonstrations of knife handling skills and basic food safety. Our cookery trainers will then take you through some simple cookery techniques, that you will use throughout the week and season to come.

Throughout the course you will be preparing, presenting, trying and testing menus within the chalet environment. You will be baking and serving afternoon tea and being given all those tips and hints to make your chalet a perfect base for the customers to really enjoy their ski holiday.

For the fantastic price of £495 (50% will be refunded on successful completion of winter season with us)
