The role in brief…
As part of the Crystal Hotel Team you will be working to create a high quality Crystal Hotel environment delivering outstanding service to our customers. In this role you will ensure the smooth running of the kitchen operation and surrounding areas and be working night shifts where you are responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for staff and customers throughout the night.

What you will be doing…
Providing an excellent Crystal Hotel service to include:
Service Delivery
Service Delivery
- As Kitchen Porter:- general kitchen cleaning, dealing with deliveries, being responsible for washing area, assist with food preparation as required in accordance with the Food Safety policy
- As Night Porter:- precise following of all guidelines on Health & Safety especially fire safety, snow clearance and general cleaning of public areas
- Following the Hotel Operations Manual to ensure Health & Safety procedures are correct and that you deliver the service our customers expect with brochure promises fulfilled
- Correct and timely completion of Hotel, Food Safety and Health & Safety paperwork
- Achieving Crystal Hotel sales targets through selling Crystal Hotel products and services
- Minimising all costs related to our Crystal Hotel operations whilst maintaining customer satisfaction levels
Working with…
- Internal: Hotel Manager, Hotel Assistant Manager, Hotel Supervisors and other Crystal Hotel Staff, Crystal Reps and Chalet Teams
- External: Customers and Suppliers (Food, Beverage, Linen, Local authorities etc
