The role in brief…

As part of the Crystal Hotel Team you will be working to create a high quality Crystal Hotel environment delivering outstanding service to our customers. The nature of your duties will vary according to department (Bar, Restaurant, Housekeeping etc. and may include all of these departments).

You’ll need to be sociable and confident; we’re keen for you to get to know your customers and to ensure they have an outstanding holiday.

Hours of work will be on a shift basis. Arrival and departure days will include early/late shifts due to flight times.

What you will be doing…

Providing an excellent chalet service to include:

Service Delivery

  • Following the Hotel Operations Manual to ensure Health & Safety procedures are correct and that you deliver the service our customers expect with brochure promises fulfilled
  • Providing outstanding service across all areas of the customers’ experience of the hotel including general cleaning, room servicing, restaurant service, bar service, hosting and reception
  • Accurate, timely completion of hotel and bar paperwork
    Thinking on your feet and working with the hotel team to solve problems
Commercial
  • Achieving Crystal Hotel sales targets through selling hotel extras, bar products and services and running in-house events
  • Minimising all costs related to our Crystal Hotel and bar operations whilst maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels

Working with…

  • Internal: Hotel Manager, Assistant Hotel Manager, Hotel Supervisors and other Crystal Hotel Staff, Crystal Reps and Chalet teams
  • External: Customers and Suppliers (Food, Beverage, Linen etc)
